So, on Halloween Day last week I headed in to Office Max early to pick up some envelopes for a direct mailing I’m doing and went to check out. I was greeted by at the customer service desk by a woman dressed as a nun. I said to myself, “Self… what a great idea…. put a nun or a priest at customer service and you probably would see a lot less irate customers.”
Just something about the respect (whether you’re a person of faith or not) that is commanded by someone wearing a collar or wimple.
What if we all treated our customers and clients with this kind of respect? I bet we’d do more business and have happier customers!
